"I moved my policies to Aaron from another agent who acquired them after my old agent retired. I know Aaron and had a review of my policies today that was thorough and was the best review I'd ever had on these policies. He didn't just answer the questions I had, but went into depth with the policy details to help me understand features I didn't know were part of the policies. He was informative, spoke to me in terms I could understand and was patient and didn't rush me. I truly appreciate his expertise, customer focus and attention to detail and looking for things that are best for me and my situation!!! I highly recommend him and his agency!"

"This insurance company is overpriced and usually fixes your car with parts from the junk yard, Google it. And they claim they "use" new parts on damaged vehicles. So many BETTER and cheaper insurance options than State Farm, it's a older dwindling company that should retire like Joe Biden. 👍 Most of their 5 star reviews are either bots, bought reviews or friends and family members of someone who works here. Avoid at all costs do business elsewhere. You'll save money 💰 and thank me 😉"

"I want to thank you for the immediate and direct action you took to resolve my displeasure with the service I received from the State Farm adjuster assigned to handle my hail damage claim. I received a phone call within two hours of our phone conversation from Will Bradshaw (State Farm Adjuster). He immediately scheduled a review and assessment of the damage to my roof. Will arrived for the appointment early and agreed to wait for my roofer to arrive to assist. Will was very thorough, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question that I had about the claim process. My roofer was impressed and told me "he was good" after they got off of the roof. Will followed up that same evening with a phone call to me with a verbal result of his claim assessment. The inspection was very thorough and fair. I've been a State Farm customer of Donna Watson for over thirty years. Donna was simply the best. I'm very comfortable in stating that you as well as Will Bradshaw fall in the same category of "simply the best". Thank you both …. Randy DeGroot"

"I discovered my monthly auto insurance bill jumped up at the beginning of the year and sent an email asking for details on why, since I hadn’t changed anything nor been in an accident. Aaron himself called me the next day to explain the changes, then reviewed everything in my account to find ways to help reduce my bill while keeping what I needed. He wasn’t in a hurry and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was getting the best coverage for my needs at the best price. I can’t recommend him enough!!!"
